10 years old girl sexually abused by principal in the school bathroom

A 10-year-old girl – a class 4 student was allegedly sexually abused in the toilet by the principal of a private school up to class 5 in a village under  Narwana Sadar police station in Jind district. on Friday. The women police station, Jind registered a case under Section 6 of the POCSO Act and Sections 65 (2) and 127 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on the complaint of the mother of the victim on Saturday. Jind police SP Sumit Kumar said on getting complaint police nabbed the alleged accused and both the victims had been medically examined. The victim said that the principal took her to the toilet and lured her to have illicit relations with her forcibly. The minor was so shocked due to the assault that she couldn’t reveal anything to her parents on returning home.

The girl, having severe pain in her stomach and legs started weeping and burst into tears when her parents were having an arguments the parents got suspicious while talking to her mother the girl disclosed the entire incident, following which, the parents approached the police and got the complaint registered against school principal Yashpal and a case was registered against him. However, during preliminary investigation Yashpal denied the incident, saying that the minor girl has been misguided by someone wanting to spoil his as well as school’s reputation under a conspiracy. Information also revealed that earlier similar types of sex exploitation complaints against the school principal have been received in the past also. Women police station referred the victim girl to the child welfare society for counselling after the medical examination, whereas school principal Yashpal was sent to the hospital for medical examination.
