Panipat :(Satish Handa): CIA Staff Panipat onb a clue raided a cold drinks bottling plant functioning in a premises on the road joining National Highway at Panipat and village Pasina on Friday late night and caught red handed while bottling fake Mountain Dew lemon cold drink. Investigation revealed that there are seven partners in the firm having manufacturing licence for bottling  Jata brand lemon from the state government but used to fill and sell nearly 1000 cases of branded Mountain Dew cold drinks illegally every day prepared with harmful chemicals.injurious to health.to earn money at the time when entire country is facing corona virus epidemic outbreak as such trade and industry in the state was compl;etely shut down.

Police seized all stocks of fake Mountain Dew lemon. Preliminary investigation revealed that the firm had sold lakhs of fake lemon bottles during lock down period and registered a case against seven partners at Sonepat police station.and samples of fake Mountain Dew lemon were sent to government laboratory.
