STF Haryana police arrested prime accused of guest house gang rape case and solved mystery of gang rape victim a 22 years old married woman resident of Chandigarh sexually molested by nearly 40 persons in three days at Lovely Guest House at Morni Hills in Panchkula district after 21 months.
Gang rape victim in a statement recorded under section 164 told that she was taken from Mani Majra to Morni on July 15, 2018 assuring to get her job of house keeper and take care of maintenance of guest house room by a youth Vishnu a resident of village Lotto near Naraingarh in Ambala district also known to her husband falsely identifying himself working in police department..
Victim told that she was introduced to guest house manager Sunny by Vishnu and after preliminary talks was offered food in the guest house when she became unconscious after taking food probably mixed with some intoxicated substance and when returned to conscious in the late evening found herself lying with Sunny sexually assaulted. When she tried to speak to her husband Sunny snatched her mobile phone. Victim alleged that she was not allowed to leave and was raped by nearly six to seven times by Sunny’s friends.during night She further told that she was locked in the room for three days and was sexually assaulted by nearly 40 times by different persons. She continued, however she managed to flee and reached Panchkula on July 18 and informed her husband.
Victim told that she approached Sector 5 police station to register her complaint but in spite of assurances for three to four hours, a female ASI on getting a telephone call refused to register her complaint saying that the case falls under Mani Majra police station when with the help of a known persons she brought the matter in the knowledge of DCP Rajinder Meena next day who immediately suspended three police employees and referred the case to crime branch for investigation after registering a case under sections 376-D,323, 342,506 IPC and succeeded to reach to accused and arrested manager of guest house along with few others allegedly involved in flesh trade. STF reached up to prime accused Vishnu falsely introduced himself a police employee on the basis of a Rs 50 currency note he gave to complainant writing his mobile phone number on it with her lipstick..
