When asked by media persons about his visit to Naraingarh after a period of about a year, Kataria said that being a Union Minister he has to stay at Delhi most of time, moreover due to lock down he could not visit his Lok Sabha constituency frequently but has been reviewing matters concerning his Lok Sabha constituency with three MLAs in his constituency.
