High profile case of gang rape or honey trap yet a mystery

 A high profile case registered at Karnal by a female employee  against an educationist alleged gang raped her along with two others including a senior government officer at Karnal has become a mystery for police if it was a case of rape or a case of honey trap under a conspiracy because the family of alleged accuse made a statement before police as well as  media that a gang through the complainant woman is trying to tarnish the image of their family as well as their reputable business making false gang rape allegations on them along with two others when the complainant after extracting Rs six lakh had a compromise with  twice in ‘Panchayats’ desiring to withdraw her complaint and under another conspiracy now again demanding Rs 1.25 lakh threatening to involve him in rape case when she was arrested  along with her husband by police allegedly in a case of honey trap. However, police is trying tp solve the mystery if it was a case of gang rape or a honey trap.

According to information, the complainant woman working in a reputed educational institute of alleged accuse lodged an FIR with police on July 6, 2020 gang raped by her employer Ajay Bhatia and two others including a senior officer and her statement was recorded under section 164 IPC in the court and later a compromise was held between both parties in two ‘Panchayats’ on July 18, 2020 when the complainant through an affidavit desired to withdraw her complaint in the presence of several witnesses. The complainant woman again lodged a rape complaint against Bhatia on July 25, 2020 and her statement was recorded under section 164 when Bhatia, too, lodged a case against her stating that he is being blackmailed by the complainant woman again for extracting money from him under a conspiracy when police suspected a case of honey trap and started investigation and arrested her along with husband.

Meanwhile, Shiv Kumar son of Dharam Pal Gondar MLA made an statement that the father of the complainant woman also a resident of Nilokheri approached his father to extend them help , but it seems that the complainant seems to be false allegations against Bhatia under a conspiracy to extract money when the female complainant has already admitted that the first complaint was registered due to some understanding desiring to withdraw her complaint since the alleged accuse enjoying good reputation in the area
