AK-47 gun provided to every Kashmiri Hindu for self-defence: AAP

Addressing a press conference here Naveen Jaihind Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Convener in Haryana said that in view of present situation in Kashmir where Kashmiri Pandit as well as Hindus living in Kashmir are facing severe danger to their lives due to target killing by terrorists. He said, in case early stern action will not be taken against terrorism and antisocial elements grooming in Kashmir state by the government situation similar as in past may be repeated when countless residents of these communities living, settled in Kashmir valley since years were killed, robbed, became homeless and compelled to migrate to other places from Kashmir state to remain alive leaving everything behind.
Naven Jaihind said, he is continuously visiting every district in Haryana state to make an appeal to join protest rally in support of Kashmiri Pandits and Hindus residing in Kashmir at Jantar Mantar New Delhi on 26th June 2022. He said, recent protest rally held at Rohtak in Haryana attended by large number of people from all 36 ‘Biradaris’ was merely a trailer, whereas proposed rally to be held at Jantar Mantar New Delhi on 26th June will exhibit complete film. Jaihind made an appeal to youths to come forward in support of community residing in Kashmir valley.

AAP leader said, withdrawal of Section 370 in Jammu-Kashmir was an appreciable step taken by ruling government in the country but Kashmiri Pandit and innocent Hindus are still living under the shadow of terror and terrorism with repeated cases of target killings by the terrorists reported in the valley since past sometime as a result Kasnmiri Pandits as well as Hindu families settled agains in Kashmir valley have started  migrating from the state again due to fear and save their lives. He said, government should take immediate action to stop killings and shifting of community families from the state to avoid situation as witnessed in past.

Jaihind strongly condemned ‘Agni Vir Yozna’ introduced by Union government in which unemployed youths will be offered jobs in para-military forces including army, air force and navy for a period of four years which according to him was a cruel joke for youths. Raising a question AAP leader said that a youth employed under this scheme will only be able to learn how to use his weapon in a period of only four years and will not be possible for him to end terrorism.
