Third front merely a bundle of extinguished candles: Anil Vij

Ambala : The proposal to form a powerful third front in the country in order to face BJP ruling government in the country as well as in most of the states at present recently had a gathering to finalize the same at Fatehabad in Haryana on the eve of birth anniversary of former Deputy Prime Minister Tau Devi Lal by former Haryana chief minister Om Parkash Chautala organized ‘Samman Divas’ rally inviting leaders of different political parties in opposition in the country. Like in past, no action could be taken by all present leaders as regard formation of a third front in the country except all those present spoke against ruling BJP government in the country as well as in majority of states.

Talking to media persons here Haryana Home cum Health Minister Anil Vij said that all those political leaders present in ‘Samman Divas’ rally gathered at Fatehabad to discuss formation of a third front to fight BJP in coming polls were similar to a bundle of extinguished candles having no political impact over voters in the country, although they might have played active games in their past lives. Vij said, people are extremely satisfied with the performance and policies of ruling BJP government in the country as well as in majority of states.

While pointing at the allegations made by former Congress chief minister in Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Vij said usually political leaders of parties in opposition speak against ruling government in our country but the performance of a political party can only be evaluated  by the people and recent municipal polls held in Haryana state sometime ago in which Congress failed to perform well and could not be declared winners by voters in the state and voters stamped in favor of BJP candidates in maximum number of seats in these elections.

Pointing at recent tug and war for power going on in Rajasthan Vij said that Ashok Gehlot has remained unsuccessful to control only Rajasthan state, how he will be able to control entire country, raising a question Vij said though it is an internal matter related to Congress party but it clearly shows that Congress lacks democracy in party, wants to impose things on others lacking system in their party by having secret voting even to select their party leader or president. Talking to media persons Vij said, ‘Bharat Jodo’ rally being organized by Congress at present is merely a eye wash, whereas it will break country since breaking country is in Congress DNA.

Vij said, it is only due to Congress that countless innocent people in the country were killed during partition in the country and we cannot forget how more than 3500 persons belonging to Sikhs community were brutally killed in the country during Sikhs riots in 1984 only due to Congress. Vij said that leaders of opposition in Haryana Vidhan Sabha had imposed several false allegations  on ruling BJP government in Haryana which included that nearly 5000 educational schools in Haryana state has been closed down by the government in the state, but Hooda should at least tell the names of these schools since he is in the habit of making lfalse allegations and lies.
