BKI activist smuggling arms, RDX and drugs from Pakistan dies

Khalistani activist Harvinder Singh alias  Rinda involved in large number of terrorist activities working for Pakistan based ISI agency to spread terrorism in Punjab, Haryana and other part of country supplying arms, explosive material and drugs mainly heroine from Pakistan through drone to be delivered at Indo-Pakistan border areas in Punjab with the help of his network in India. Rinda was involved in nearly one and half dozen criminal cases registered against him most wanted by Punjab police in few murder cases including the RPG attack on the Punjab Police Intelligence Headquarters in Mohali in May this year as well as hand grenade attack at CIA staff office at Nawanshehar in Punjab.

Information reveals, Rinda suffering from Kidney problem died in Pakistan on Saturday where he was admitted to a hospital in Lahore suspected died due to drugs over dosing. He was a member of the banned Khalistani outfit Babbar Khalsa International working for local gangsters as well as on the tips of Pak based agency ISI and Canada based terrorist Lakhbir Singh Landa. The 35 years old criminal Rinda was also involved in recovery of hand granades, IED and timer at village Saddopur near Haryana-Punjab border  at Ambala and also recovery of RDX at Karnal, Kaithal and at Shabad in Kurukshetra district. Rinda was also charge- sheeted in a case related to seizure of arms and explosives from a vehicle in Haryana some time back. Rinda was involved in large-scale cross-border smuggling of drugs and weapons. He was a most-wanted ‘A’ plus category gangster when he was in Punjab and also wanted in many cases in Maharashtra, Chandigarh, Haryana and West Bengal. According to police record, Rinda had migrated from Sarhali village in Tarn Taran district in Punjab many years ago to Nanded in Maharashtra, entered the world of crime in 2008 when he allegedly killed a man due to personal enmity in Tarn Taran. Rinda was also involved in the killing of Satnam Singh the Sarpanch of Hoshiarpur in Chandigarh in a sensational broad day light incident. He along with his gang committed murders, dacoities, extortions and an absconder wanted in at least 30 known criminal cases. Punjab police on getting a clue that he was staying in a hotel at Bangluru in Karnatka along with his wife Harpreet Kaur after firing at a student leader in University campus but he managed to escape and left country for Nepal from where he went to Pakistan on the basis of fake passport and intensified terrorist activities.
