Racket of 4 busted by CM Flying Squad working for mafias

Yamunanagar : CM Flying Squad on a clue succeeded in busting a gang of four persons including a Chartered Accountant (CA) allegedly keeping an eye over the movements of the officers and raiding staff of RTA, Sales Tax and mining department and passing the information to the transporters involved in overloading their vehicles or carrying goods without bills as well as mafias involved in illegal mining in the area. Team of CM Flying Squad on a information stopped a swift car in which three persons of the racket identified as Sagar, Asheesh and Sanjiv were travelling to keep an eye over the movement of the officers of RTA, sales tax and mining departments and inform the drivers of the vehicles lifting goods without bills or fake e-bills and overloaded vehicles, and those vehicles carrying stocks through illegal mining and passing all messages through a Watts up group in the name of ‘Jai Mahadev’ for which they were charging amount between Rs 1500 to 2000 from their clients. A case was registered against arrested accused at Jagadhari police station. Janak Raj SHO police station told that during preliminary investigation the arrested accused admitted their crime and disclosed that the mastermind of the racket was Azad a Chartered Accountant. During search while on police remand police recovered 143 fake e-bills and there was no vehicle number on 116 bills found fake recovered from them. Police managed to call Azad CA at Jagadhari Rest House and arrested him. Information also reveals that few employees of RTA , Sales Tax department and Mining office are also suspected involved in this scandal leaking the movements of their raiding staff.
