Mumbai: It was a “match” made on earth of “brilliant” diamonds and “sparkling” cricketing wit, that met on green turf amidst the cool sea breeze off Bandra coastline in North-west Mumbai recently.
The occasion was the launch of the a 100 ‘Celeste x Sachin Tendulkar’ limited edition, rare, design-crafted with multitude of sparkling nano-facets, “‘diamond solitaire’ collection titled “Celeste” by Tanishq at the hands of Indian cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar.

Naughty cricketing moments were also highlighted by Tendulkar as he described with delight how he, along with the other Indian team members, +pulled team captain Sourav Ganguly’s leg over a supposedly bad publicity+ before he realised that they had played an “April Fool” joke on him on that day – April 1.
