PPCC president Raja Warring led the Tractor rally at Jandiala

Jandiala (Amritsar) February 28 -Under the leadership of State Congress Chief Amarinder Singh Raja Warring the Punjab Congress here on Wednesday held a tractor rally. 

State Congress president Warring who led the rally said that the Tractor march was organized  keeping in view with minimal disruption to public life. He said the rallies across the state were in solidarity with Punjab’s farmers’, for FIR against Haryana home minister Anil Vij.

Warring said that tractor rallies, medical and langar facilities at Shambhu and Khanauri borders, advocating for farmers’ rights, and showing unwavering support to Punjab’s agrarian community during testing times.

He said that PPCC has resolved to evince unwavering support for the enduring farmers’ agitation by spearheading ‘Kisaani Bachaao March’ tractor rallies across all districts of Punjab today.

The marches and demonstrations orchestrated by the Punjab Congress were conducted in a serene and orderly manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the daily lives of Punjab’s populace. These demonstrations are intended to underscore solidarity with Punjab’s farming community and advocate for their inherent rights.

Talking to the media, he said that what happened in Himachal Pradesh was a direct murder of democracy as what held in Chandigarh during the mayor poll which was later corrected with the intervention of the Supreme Court of India.

Warring alleged that BJP abused power with the help of money as mounting pressure on Congress activists as setting wrong precedent in the country.

Warring alleged that Punjab CM might be under the influence of BJP as a reason for hesitating to lodge an FIR against the accused who were directly accountable for the murder of a young farmer.

During the Tractor march there were over one hundred tractors managed by the Congress activists at Jandiala town.
