AAP strengthens in Sangrur and Sri Fatehgarh Sahib Lok Sabha constituencies

*Harpal Cheema and Gurpreet GP welcomed all the new members to the AAP fold

Chandigarh, March 19 :  Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab gained more strength in Lok Sabha constituencies of Sangrur and Sri Fatehgarh Sahib when hundreds of Congress office bearers and Sarpanchs of many villages joined them.

On Tuesday, prominent Congress leader Mai Roop Kaur Bagrian, with her entire family, Simarjit Singh Sehke (Vice Chairman Punjab Pradesh Congress Kisan and Mazdoor Cell, Punjab) along with many other Congress office bearers of Sangrur and many Sarpanchs of Amargarh and Fatehgarh Sahib constituencies, along with their all panchayat members, joined the Aam Aadmi Party.

Senior AAP leader Harpal Singh Cheema and AAP candidate from Sri Fatehgarh Sahib Gurpreet Singh GP welcomed all the new members to the Aam Aadmi Party. MLA Bassi Pathana Rupinder Happy, MLA Fatehgarh Sahib Lakhbir Singh Rai and Milkfed Chairman Narinder Singh Shergill were also present.

Harpal Singh Cheema said that the Aam Aadmi Party will register big wins in Sangrur and Sri Fatehgarh Sahib. He said that common people as well as leaders who want to work for the betterment of Punjab are with the AAP. They are very happy with the performance of our government in the state and now they want AAP MPs in the parliament too.

AAP MP candidate Gurpreet Singh GP said that all the leaders who want to work for the common people are joining the AAP, as AAP is the only party who provides the platform to all people to come and serve. He said that more and more people joining the AAP means that no party, other than AAP, will have any chance in Sangrur and Sri Fatehgarh Sahib.
