Haryana’s new CM Saini visits Ambala to seek blessings from Anil Vij

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday visited former Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij at his residence at Shastri Nagar in Ambala Cantt to seek his blessings and said that Vij is a senior political leader and under his guidance the Bhartiya Janta Party will win all 10 Lok Sabha seats in the state in approaching elections. The former home minister was not happy over the changes in the state government and even did not attend the oath-taking ceremony of the newly announced chief minister of Nayab Saini and the new Cabinet and left for Ambala. As soon as the information of the arrival of Chief Minister Nayab Saini at the residence of Vij in Ambala Cantonment came, a large number of BJP workers and supporters of the former Home Minister gathered at his residence in Ambala Cantt.

Anil Vij along with several local leaders and media persons reached there to welcome new Chief Minister Saini. Both the Chief Minister Nayab Saini and the former Home & Health Minister Anil Vij held a closed- door meeting for about 40 minutes. Chief Minister Nayab Saini said, Anil Vij has always given his support and blessings to him and he learnt a lot from him when he was the MLA at Naraingarh and MP from Kurukshetra. Saini said that Vij is our senior leader and under his guidance, the BJP will win all 10 Lok Sabha seats in coming Lok Sabha polls with heavy margins. “We will work together and take forward the work done by the Centre and state governments, under his guidance” Saini said.

Both Vij and Saini offered ‘Shaal’ to each other as a token of love and respect. Meanwhile, the management of Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee B.S. Bindra and Sudershan Sehgal also arrived at the residence of Vij and offered ‘Siropa’ to both Nayab Saini and Anil Vij.
