He said the ECI did not act on any of the complaints against the PM, the HM and the UP CM. The complaints, he said, were related to the violations of the Model Code of Conduct, Representation of People’s Act and various decisions of the Supreme Court of India.

Speaking on the occasion, Pawan Khera said, while PM Modi based his campaign on words starting from ‘M’ alphabet like the Muslims, Mangalstura, Machhli and Mutton, the Congress kept its focus on ‘N’ alphabet- Nyay and revolved its campaign around ‘Paanch Nyay’ with 25 guarantees.

Supriya Shrinate spelt out the digital and social media strategy of the party, which was many times more successful than the BJP’s. She gave some comparative figures like the overall reach on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
