Haryana Minister suspends 3 officers , number of suspended employees reaches 26 in couple of months

In view of increasing number of corruption cases  and complaints as regard neglect in duty in the offices of Municipal Corporations and Municipal Committees in the state, Local Body Minister Subhash Sudha after taking charge has taken a stern action against the officers and the staff in government offices and have already suspended as many as 26 employees working in these offices in past couple of months. He has also demanded a status report of a large number of developmental programmes announced by the government hanging in files for a long time without any action, besides action taken as regard drainage system in the areas under MCs. He found work regarding the  cleaning of drains in most of the places has been completed prior to this rainy season and still going on in some areas in the state to avoid flood like situation witnessed in the state last year and detailed report in this regard has also been invited.

Among those suspended by the minister Subhash Sudha having complaints against them as regard corruption charges as well as negligence in duty, included Suresh Kumar Accountant working in Bhuna municipal committee, Secretary Rania municipal committee and Ramandeep ME working in Narwana Nagar Parishad, allegedly involved in providing benefits to a colonizer for his self-vested interests in-spite of warnings by the Vice President Shashi Kant Sharma and MCs Pardeep Kumar and Ashutosh Sharma and took no action, rather misbehaved with them as a result the colonizer took illegal possession of government land of value worth Rs 5 crore. On their complaint Subhash Sudha suspended ME immediately.
