28 stolen two-wheelers recovered from 3 arrested two

Ambala: CIA -1 staff of Ambala police arrested three youths in two cases of thefts of two-wheelers in the twin city Ambala and adjoining Punjab state and recovered 28 stolen vehicles from them. Addressing media persons, SP Ambala Surinder Singh Bhoria said that police on the complaint of Ashish Kumar a resident of Nicholson Road Ambala Cantt registered a complaint that his Activa scooter was stolen while parked outside SD School Ambala Cantt on 17th August, started investigation and arrested two youths identified as Dalveer Singh a resident of village Ramgarh Majra and his companion Hemant resident of Rana Complex Ambala Cantt who during police remand admitted stolen 22 two-wheelers which included four activa scooters, one bullet motorcycle and 17 other motorcycles of different brands from twin city Ambala, Kurukshetra, Pipli and Banur in Punjab.

In another case, Ambala police arrested a youth identified as Vanshdeep alias Nonu, a resident of BC Bazar Ambala Cantt. During police remand he admitted to have stolen six motorcycles which were recovered by the police. Complaint was lodged with the police on 3rd August by Ashok Kumar, resident of village Suhota, regarding theft of his motorcycle.
