Mumbai : The Lohana International Business Forum’s (LIBF) third Summit — “Euro Exim Bank LIBF GCC Calling 2025” — will be held in Dubai from April 13 to April 16, 2025 as part of a distinguished series designed to bring together global leaders and thought influencers, according to Satishbhai Vithalani, Chairman of LIBF and CMD, Krupa Chaton Manufacturing Company Private Ltd.
Highlighting the LIBF’s upcoming Summit here recently, Vithalani said the LIBF has given India many business leaders and entrepreneurs over the years, and aimed at promoting business alongside connecting it on a larger platform.
“From Uganda to Dubai, each of our Summits have broadened the scope of opportunities for participants and reinforced the spirit of unity and progress within the LIBF fraternity,” he said, while describing LIBF’s mission of fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing and economic development on a global scale.
“The focus of the LIBF Forum is to expand the business in the Gulf countries (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE),” he added.
Vijay Karia, Director, LIBF and CMD, Ravin Group of Companies, outlined the goals and vision of the Summit, while also providing insights into the summit’s potential impact on fostering business collaboration of the community with the rest of the world.
Noting that the Dubai event is set to build upon the momentum of LIBF’s previous events, Karia said the LIBF’s inaugural event in Uganda earlier had witnessed participation of 950-plus delegates from 34 countries, signing of 36 MOUs and significant cross-border business.
“Our second LIBF event in Gandhinagar drew over 12,000 attendees while enhancing global business connections. GCC Calling 2025 is expected to attract more delegates alongside strong support from the Indian and UAE Governments – with His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan inaugurating the event,” he added.
This event – which is focusing on 34 sectors especially youth and startups – is projected to drive US$4-5 billion in additional business between India and the 37 participating countries over the next three to four years, he said.
LIBF is a Section 8 non-profit company established under the Shree Lohana Mahaparishad, and is dedicated to creating a platform for business leaders and entrepreneurs across the Lohana community.
