Action against 4 including 3 women under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act allegedly Illegal sex business in the hotel

Narwana: Police arrested four persons including three women allegedly involved in Illegal sex business being run in the hotel and restaurant, case filed against four including three women on Hisar Road at Narwana in Haryana. When the rooms were searched by the raiding police, two women were found sitting there, one of them was from Bihar and the other was from Maharashtra. The city police station registered a case against the hotel operators under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. On receiving information about immoral activities being conducted by the hotel owner the city police station team raided the hotel and a case was registered against the hotel owner, three women and a youth allegedly involved in prostitution. The police started an investigation.

The city police station had received information that the hotel owner Narwana and his partner from village Dharoudi were running an immoral business in the hotel. The police made a constable a bogus customer and sent to the hotel to arrange for a female for sex, who negotiated with the hotel management and fixed the deal by giving money. After this, on getting a missed call on a mobile phone police team outside the hotel conducted the raid. The police team entered the hotel and questioned the person sitting at the counter. When the rooms in the hotel were searched by a raiding team, a youth and a girl were found in an objectionable nude condition in one of the rooms. Both were identified as the girl from Kaithal and the boy from village Dumrakha Kalan. When another room in the hotel was searched, two young females were found sitting there, among them one female was from Bihar and the other hailing from Maharashtra. The city police station arrested all and registered a case against the hotel operators under the Immoral Traffic Act.

Information revealed that the hotel management was hiring females from other states on a monthly contract basis. The women arrested by the police during a preliminary investigation said that they used to make obscene gestures from the windows to lure customers, besides there were agents arranging male customers for prostitution. The youth accused caught by the police in the room during the raid in this case told police during interrogation that he was involved in the act of prostitution with his female partner. After this, the police team raided the hotel and arrested the hotel operator, three women and a boy found present along with a female partner both nude . The owner of the hotel was absconding. The police are investigating the matter thoroughly, said Kuldeep Singh, SHO, City Police Station Narwana.
