Gurugram : Randeep Lohchab, convenor of Swabhiman Andolan,which is being run on the issue of setting up a new capital and a separate High Court in the middle of Haryana, said in front of the conscious lawyer friends in Gurugram. All the lawyers of Gurugram agreed to this and supported the movement, and assured to reach the Meham rally on February 23

Randeep Lohchab said that on behalf of the non-political organization “Nyayapaksh”, Swabhiman movement is being run in the state on this issue. We request the Haryana government to make the new capital of Haryana in the middle of Haryana, between Hisar and Meham, between Bhiwani and Jind, select a suitable place, for this, the construction of the currently proposed new assembly building should not be started in Chandigarh but at a suitable place in the middle. Today, the government and the opposition’s plan to build a new assembly building in Chandigarh along the Panchkula border shows that whenever there is a new agreement in the future, the assembly building should be given to Haryana and Panchkula should become the capital of Haryana. If the new building is built in Chandigarh today, then the capital will never be built in the middle of the state in the future, which will be a wound that will never heal for our future generations. This is the right time, a situation of now or never will arise.

Every state of the country has its own capital, a separate high court. For the last 58 years, Haryana is deprived of its new capital, a separate high court. In the middle of the state, where the new assembly building The foundation of the new city should be built there, a world class city with modern facilities. Even small states like Manipur and Nagaland have their own capital and separate high court. Haryana is a major state of India. A big revenue from Haryana is going to the Centre but for the last 58 years, our state has neither a capital nor a separate high court. Haryana attracts progressive investors from India and abroad from a geographical point of view. Having a separate capital and a separate high court will lead to qualitative development of the state. The people of the state will get 100% employment. Educated youth will get new opportunities for progress. Haryana will become an inspiration not only for the country but for the world. It will strengthen the country’s economy. Building a new capital in the middle of Haryana at this time is in the interest of the state and the country. Therefore, a rally is being organised on this issue on 23 February at the historic Meham Chabura ground for the comfort, convenience, respect and self-respect of the people, for the equal development of the state, for the bright future of the young generation and future generations. Therefore, all of you should come in large numbers to this rally, gather public opinion, this will be a direct support to the fact that Haryana’s capital should be built in the middle of Haryana, so that the government can be awakened, we have full hope that the government will accept our demand for truth and justice.
