Now the question arises, if a female is accusing a male on fake sextorsion charges, then what are the legal options available with the male? Ir has been seen, whenever there is a false accusation, there is also evidence to prove the lie. The victim should use common sense and think what evidence you can have to prove the allegations of the complainant female false. One will get that proof as soon as he applies his mind. Now it may be that the evidence is small or if the police does not believe it, then the alleged accused should keep that evidence or witness. In case a female has filed a case of molestation, then see what time that girl has told about the incident of molesting, remember where you were at that time and just submit the proof of innocence according to the situation and show it to the police. If the police do not agree and move a case of innocence in the court, take the bail when your evidence will help you get bail to avoid arrest. The police officer investigating the case will have to come to you and your defense and witnesses.  Now because the case was false and you have kept the evidence as well, the female who had made a false case for many hours or days will not be able to prove the lie, and the alleged accused will be able to take revenge by suing that girl for false scase.
