Addressing media persons at his Chandigarh residence, INLD MLA Abhay Singh Chautala accused ruling BJP having alliance with JJP government in Haryana state responsible for nine major scams of value worth crores of rupees during past nine months rule, which include paddy scam, rice scam, ‘sarson’ scam, wheat procurement scam, transfers scam roadways scam, students scholarship scam, liquor scam and now the latest ‘registry’ scam demanding thorough investigation in such scams by a team of senior judicial magistrates or by a special investigation team (SIT) comprising of senior IAS and IPS officers.
Pointing at Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala, Abhay Chautala surprisingly raised a question over most of the scams reported in past nine months of alliance government rule are under the control of Dushyant Chautala. He expressed deep concern over recently reported registration of properties scam during lock down period in which 1199 registration cases were done in this period illegally without obtaining no object certificate only at Gurugram in Haryana alleged Tehsil office staff collected amount between Rs 2 to Rs 10 lakh in each registration case. He said, there is long list of irregularities including Rs 50 thousand cash was forcibly collected from large number of village ‘Sarpach’ threatening to suspend them or terminate their services during epidemic outbreak in the state. He alleged misuse of donations collected from social welfare organization during this period and INLD has collecting necessary evidences in support of all such frauds.
INLD MLA Abhay Chautala, former leader of opposition in Haryana Vidhan Sabha raising a question over fast increasing properties of Dushyant Chautala said that he should clarify when he was empty handed asked to leave INLD how having huge properties including nearly half dozen luxury costly cars like Mercedes, Land Cruzer, Range Rover, Jaguar and Farari at present . He further alleged, places for the postings of lucrative posts like Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, District Revenue Officer and Excise & Taxation departmentposts are frequently on sale in the state. Chautala said, according to few officers ‘Suvidha Shulk’ collected by them in these departments is required to be shared with higher authorities but at the same time Abhay Chautala disagreed with the same and said that Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khatter is much concerned over such illicit practices in government offices and has already constituted SITs to investigate all scams directing to take stern action against corrupt officers. He said, all evidences in support of scams collected by INLD will be submitted to ruling government for action.
