AMBALA (SATISH HANDA) : Addressing media persons at his Ambala residence, Haryana Home & Health Minister Anil Vij reacting over the statements made by senior Congress leaders against ruling government in view of terrorist activities in Jammu-Kashmir and killings at Lakhimpur Kheri in U.P said, Congress is responsible for giving birth and grooming terrorism as well spreading riots when it was ruling in the country. He said, one cannot forget incidents of 1984 riots in which countless innocent persons belonging to a community were killed on the direction of Congress political leaders and none of them was arrested to provide justice to sufferers by then Congress government.  Vij said, ruling BJP government believes in providing justice to every one and not hesitated to arrest son of U.P minister allegedly named in the case prior to investigation.

Vij raised a question on Congress leaders to clarify why no action was taken by then Congress government ruling in the country involve d in killing of innocents during 1984 riots and now raising hue and cry in-spite of the fact ruling BJP government is taking appropriate action against culprits involved in killings in U.P and also making sll efforts to wipe out terrorism from Jammu-Kashmir. Expressing deep concern over the recent statement made by Mufti Mebooba on the arrest of film star Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan by Narcotic Department in a drug case blaming that the arrest was made since alleged accuse was ‘Khan’. Vij said, BJP government takes action against all accused on the basis of crime irrespective of religion or caste of an accuse.
