BBMB has created history by winning all First, Second and Third prizes in the category of subordinate offices for Implementation of Official Language in “B” region. The First, Second and Third awards were attained by three Chief Engineer offices namely; Chief Engineer, Bhakra Dam, Nangal, Chief Engineer, Transmission System, Chandigarh and Chief Engineer System operation, Chandigarh respectively.
These awards were received by concerned Chief Engineers of BBMB on 19.11.2018 from the Sh. Kiren Rijiju, Hon’ble Minister of State for Home affairs, Govt. of India at P.G. Govt. College for Women, Sector 42, Chandigarh. On this Occasion Senior officers of Govt. of India were also present.
During the function Sh. Kiren Rijiju, Hon’ble Minister of State for Home affairs also released second issue of BBMB House Journal “BBMB Samachar”.
