Fatehabad: Special Judge of Fast Track Court Hisar Balwant Singh framed charges against Jalebi Baba alias Amarpuri of Fatehabad in Haryana allegedly involved in not only sexually molested large number of females including minors visiting his ‘Ashram’ but also prepared their nude videos at pistol point. A case was registered against Jalebi Baba on the complaint of a female on 18th July 2018 that she was sexually assaulted by Baba when she was in the state of unconsciousness after she was offered ‘Jalebi’ as ‘Prasad’ by him and was not only raped but her nude video was also prepared.
The very next day another two women imposed similar allegations in complaints to Women Police Station blaming Baba sexually assaulted them at pistol point when police registered a case against Jalebi Baba under sections 293. 294, 376, 509 IPC, IT Act and Arms Act. During search By then SHO Bimla Devi on 19th July police recovered a pistol, four live cartridges, a diary, nore book , a mobile phone, three video cassettes and intoxicated tablets from the bed room of Jalebi Baba alias Amarpuri. Thereafter women police station received few similar complaints by females requested not to disclose their names alleged sexually assaulted by Baba in his bedroom. Information according to nearly 200 page chargesheet and more than 20 witnesses in the case revealed that Jalebi Baba had sexually assaulted near 120 females.Jalebi Baba lodged in Fatehabad jail was brought to Fast Track Court Hisar on Saturday when produced before judge for final trial in the case started weeping with folded hands in court room requesting his release since he was a high blood pressure and sugar patient. After final hearing in the court rape and preparing nude videos charges were framed on Jalebi Baba.
