Chandigarh : Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice Sheel Nagu released the texts titled “A Treatise and Commentary on the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,” “A Treatise and Commentary on the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,” and “A Treatise and Commentary on the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam.” These three seminal legal texts authored by Dr. K.K. Khandelwal, IAS (Retd.).

Presided over by Hon’ble Justice Ajay Kumar Mittal, Former Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh, the ceremony was a beacon of transformative legal discourse, signaling a shift from colonial-era statutes to a framework reflective of contemporary Indian values and realities.
