Chief Secretary KAP Sinha pays obeisance at Sri Darbar Sahib & Sri Durgiana Mandir

Amritsar, October 13 -Punjab Chief Secretary K.A.P. Sinha on Sunday paid obeisance at Sri Darbar Sahib and Sri Durgiana Mandir in Amritsar. 

After paying obeisance at Darbar Sahib, Chief Secretary Sinha performed the traditional ‘Parikrama’ around the holy place. He also listened to the Gurbani Kirtan. After this, he was honoured by the SGPC at the Information Office.

Sinha paid obeisance at Sri Durgiana Temple, where he was honoured by the Mandir Committee.

Chief Secretary Sinha said that after assuming the responsibility of the new post, he has come to take blessings from ‘Guru Ghar’ to express his gratitude. He said that almighty God has blessed him to serve the people of Punjab with sincerity and dedication.

On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Amritsar Sakshi Sahni, SDM Mankanwal Singh Chahal and DCP Harpreet Singh Mander were also present.
