CM Nayab Saini’s ‘Sankalp Rallies’ at Rohtak and Hisar

Addressing the ‘Vijay Sankalp’ rally in Rohtak and Hisar districts in support of BJP contestants in the state, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini tried to woo women voters and farmers for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls by propagating the policies executed by the Modi Government in the past decade rule in the country. Saini said that during the past decade of the Congress regime, Rs 1,100 cr compensation for crop losses was given to farmers while the BJP government has provided Rs 12,000 cr in the past nine and a half years  rule. Accusing Congress of disrespecting women and giving no relief to the farmers and other section of society during its two successive regimes at the Centre and in Haryana state only tried to grab votes from people but did nothing for their welfare, and their government tried only grab votes but did nothing for their welfare but only to break the country and the states. The prices of urea and DAP used to increase every year during the previous Congress regimes and the farmers were compelled to buy it at high rates but the Modi government decided to provide urea and DAP to the farmers at the earlier price, he pointed out. Saini said that Congress did nothing  while ruling in the country for 55 years.
After becoming the CM, it was Saini’s first rally in the Rohtak parliamentary constituency in support of Dr Arvind Sharma, considered to be the victory base of former Chief Minister  Bhupinder Hooda seeking votes for BJP nominee Arvind Sharma. Briefing the welfare activities of the work done by the BJP government in favour of farmers, the CM pointed out that Prime Minister Modi had distributed a total Rs 3 lakh crore among farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, besides providing adequate compensation to the farmers for their crop losses. Expressing deep concern over rising criminal activities activities against women, on-line crimes and cases of drug smuggling, Saini warned criminals in the state either to leave crimes or Haryana state immediately.
