Commission & Corruption was Congress mission when ruling, whereas BJP believes in neat & clean mission
Sonipat: Congress held a state-level meeting in Sonipat on Sunday for the implementation of the ‘Haryana Maange Hisaab’ campaign. Haryana Congress in-charge Deepak Babaria called for giving one last push to drive out the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party from Haryana. In the 51 members committee meeting, Deepak Babaria along with former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Haryana Congress President Chaudhary Udaibhan instructed party leaders and workers to contribute strongly to the campaign against the ruling BJP in the state. 

Deepak Babaria stated that it is the responsibility of every Congressman to take the campaign to every home and every person across the state enabling to push out BJP from the state. Praising Hooda and Chaudhary Udaibhan, Babaria said Congress destroyed the caste politics of BJP in the Lok Sabha elections taking all sections along and giving representation to all castes was and will be the priority of Congress. Congress will raise the slogan of ‘BJP ko ek dhakka aur do’ in the coming Assembly elections, which talks about changing and abolishing the Constitution, Babaria said, advising all leaders and workers in the meeting to work completely within the party line and discipline. In his address, Bhupinder Singh Hooda said under ‘Haryana Maange Hisaab,’ all leaders and workers will expose the misdeeds of BJP before the public and tell that Haryana, which was the number one state in the country in per capita income, per capita investment, employment, sportspersons and welfare schemes till 2014, has been made number one by ruling BJP in unemployment, crime, drug addiction, and misery. Hooda said, this government has implemented such an exploitative policy of Kaushal Nigam in which there is no permanent job for the youth, no post, no promotion, no merit, transparency, and reservation.

While on the other hand, during ‘Sankalp Rally’ in Gurugram district  Nayab Saini Chief Minister said while the BJP government in Haryana is working in ‘mission mode’ towards equitable development in the state, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday, slamming the previous government led by Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Saini alleged regional bias in developmental projects, favouritism in jobs and rampant corruption in all spheres when the Congress was in power in the state for 10 years. The chief minister also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of developmental projects worth over Rs 313 crore in Fatehabad district during a rally.

Saini said the Congress government worked in commission mode, whereas our government works in mission mode and we are undertaking equitable development at a fast pace. He slammed the Congress over its ongoing ‘Haryana Maange Hisab’ campaign, accusing the opposition party of spreading lies ahead of the state assembly polls shortly. According to information, the Congress on July 15 launched the ‘Haryana Mange Hisab’ campaign, under which it is targeting the ruling BJP on several fronts including unemployment, law and order and farmers’ issues. Saini said the Congress should give an account of its 10-year rule during which, he alleged, rampant corruption, nepotism, regional bias, casteism prevailed, whereas Haryana has made equitable development during past ten years, instead those who are asking for account of ten years of our government , should show the mirror during their time, when land of farmers was taken away for peanuts and then handed over to the builders, those who used to swindle crores of rupees in name of CLU, those who used to do politics of favouritism, casteism, Saini added, Congress should also give an account of ten years of their rule.

Saini also spoke about several welfare initiatives and schemes implemented in the last 10 years of BJP rule that have benefited farmers and the poor. He said, today, youths of Haryana, who have got jobs purely on merit basis, the poor, who have benefited due to several schemes of the ruling government today. “We have built Haryana which is rapidly making progress. Farmers, women, weaker and deprived sections have been empowered,” Saini said the state government was planning to open medical colleges in every district. There were six medical colleges in the state, whereas today Haryana has 15 medical colleges and opening more hospitals in every district targeting that no one has to travel far for availing treatment. “The double-engine government is committed to development and making people’s lives better,” Saini said.
