It is yet a question if BJP and JJP presently having alliance in running government jointly in Haryana state would continue in coming 2024 Vidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha polls also. If we look at the past about four years assocition between both political parties a ray of differences has been witnessed from time to time but the same was overlooked or resolved mutually by the leaders of both parties and alliance between both continued in this past about four years. However, at different  occasions BJP as well as JJP leaders have always been claiming that alliance between both would remain alive till last and continue during and after the present tenure. However, Dushyant Chautala Deputy Chief Minister Haryana had given indication a number of times that JJP is preparing to strengthen party’s network and in case alliance between BJP and JJP during 2024 Vidhan Sabha polls in Haryana fails to continue due to any reason JJP may contest coming Vidhan Sabha polls independently in Haryana and Rajasthan states. According to JJP leaders, alliance was need of hour after 2019 Vidhan Sabha polls and BJP had to join hand with JJP to have strength of as many as 10 JJP MLAs to have majority and come to power in the state.
Recently, a comments war has started again between the leader of allianace partners BJP and JJP when Dushyant Chautala had expressed desire to contest 2024 Vidhan Sabha polls from Uchana constituency from where he had won last Vidhan Sabha polls in 2019. Trouble started when Viplab Deb a former Chief Minister Tripura state appointed Haryana State convener by the BJP highcommand sometime ago and take care of all poll activities in the state and make sure BJP to win majority and form a government in Haryana state third time in 2024 recently during a public function, as well as in a press conference announced the name of Prem Lata  wife of Choudhary Birender Singh a former Union Minister to contest 2024 Vidhan Sabha polls from Uchana on behalf of Bhartiya Janta Party. According to information, Prem Lata had also earlier won Vidhan Sabha polls from Uchana Vidhan Sabha constituency in 2014. Whereas, on the other hand Dushyant Chautala had already started a campaign to contest coming Vidhan Sabha polls from Uchana and the announcement made by Viplab Deb on the public stage as well as in a press conference made him highly disturbed. However, Viplab said that the issue will finally be decided by the BJP high command only.

The controversy between Viplab and Chautala started, when Dushyan Chautala pointed out that being Deputy Chief Minister in the state as well as alliance partner in government in the state he should also been consulted prior to making a public announcement since he has already started campaign to contest coming election from Uchana seat, Viplab said that all such decisions are to be taken by BJP high command only. Viplab said, while having alliance to form a government in the state, no doubt BJP and JJP are alliance partners to form government in Haryana but BJP too has  offered him Deputy Chief Minister’s position as well as several important portfolios to JJP MLAs also.
Past scenario of Uchana Vidhan Sabha constituency reveals that during ythe ear 2019 Dushyant Chautala  had won this Vidhan sabha seat. Prem Lata had won this seat in 2014 on behalf of BJP, former Chief Minister Om Parkash Chautala won Uchana seat in 2009 on behalf of INLD, Choudhary Birender Singh won this seat in  in 2005 on behalf of Congress and Bhag SinghChattar of INLD had won this seat in2000.+
