Addressing the mediapersons in New Delhi, senior congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that conclusions drawn in the Supreme Court appointed expert committee report to look into the Adani- Hidenburg row were predictable. Jairam Ramesh has also tweeted that the Expert Committee has extremely limited terms of reference and will simply be unable to unravel Modani Scam.
