Ambala: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini and former Home Minister Anil Vij, Union Minister Gajinder Shekhawat were seen together first time on the stage at Ambala during launch of poll campaign in favour of Banto Kataria as a BJP candidate for Ambala Lok Sabha seat on Wednesday which was arranged by Anil Vij who made an appeal to support Banto Kataria. However, while addressing a large gathering Vij expressed deep concern over few BJP political leaders tried to create a rift between him and the party. Banto Kataria also filed nomination papers after the Vijay Sankalp Rally in which Gian Chand Gupta Vidhan Sabha president, Kanwar Pal Gurjar Union Minister, Union Minister Gajinder Shekhawat, State Minister Aseem Goel, former MLA Rajbir Barara , former minister Santosh Sarwan, BJP district president Mandeep Rana were present. However, Anil Vij was not present at the time of filing nomination papers.
Haryana Chief Minister and State President Nayab Saini while addressing a gathering took the Congress to task and said that Congress has always used the poor for power. Congress was neither concerned about the poor while in power, nor is it now. He said, Congress has only worked to make the poor poorer. He said that Indira Gandhi promised to remove poverty in 1970, Rahul also lied about removing poverty last time in Rajasthan and today again he is lying about removing poverty. During the 55-60 years of rule Congress never cared about the poor, he said that Congress always used the poor for power. Saini said that Modi is concerned about the welfare of the poor, hence Modi ji is working to bring smile on the faces of the poor. In the last 10 years, 25 crore people have been strengthened and brought out of the poverty line.
Remmembering the achievements of Prime Minister Modi Nayab Saini said that he came to Haryana twice recently and gave two big gifts to the state: AIIMS and Dwarka Express, besides so much work has been done in the last 10 years that if we start counting it will reduce the time, besides the important achievements include removal of Article 370, Ram Lala was installed in a grand and divine temple in Ayodhya. Aiming at the Congress, CM Saini said that the Congress manifesto is a bundle of lies. “Congress is currently upset after seeing the development done by the Modi government. The people of the country and the state neither have faith in the Congress nor in the manifesto of the Congress,” Saini said that BJP’s resolution letter is the guarantee of Modi ji. He said that on May 25, the public will press the lotus button while voting on the guarantee of Janardan Modi. Mr. He said that Modi has guaranteed to provide continuous ration to 80 crore people by 2029. Zero electricity bill through Surya Yojana, right to free treatment of Rs 5 lakh in Ayushman Card Scheme and now the elderly have been linked with Ayushman Card.
Saini said that Congress never worried about the farmers has only misled the farmers, whereas Modi government is a government in the interest of farmers, created the Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme to provide Rs 1100 crore in case of crop failure, earlier during the time of Congress, farmers used to get cheques of Rs 2 each and Rs 10 each towards crop compensation, whereas the BJP government has given Rs 12500 crore through crop insurance scheme.
