Criminal case under registered against Uddhav Thackrey & DGP Maha in Ambala

AMBALA : A criminal case against Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackrey and Rajnish Seth DGP Maharashtra was registered under section IPC 295 -A in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate court at Ambala on the complaint of Viresh Shandilya National President Anti Terrorist Font India and President Brahman Mahapanchayat through his advocate  Sumit Sharma allegedly recitation of holy Hanuman Chalisa by independent MP Navneet Rana and  her husband Ravi Rana MLA both arrested allegedly hurting the sentiments of Hindu religion in the country. Honourable judge registered the case directing Shandilya to produce himself in the court to register his statement as well as produce evidences as regard his complaint.

Talking to media persons in the court campus , Brahman Mahapanchayat president said that no one will b permitted to have license for playing with the sentiments or insult any religion in the country and alleged accuse should be declared a traitor for this shameful act and stern action should be taken against him. Shandilya raised a question over Shivsema alliance NCP to clarify if their party is associated with Uddhav Takckrey or against them on this issue. Expressing deep concern on this unfortunate incident Shandilya continued that Bala Saheb Thackrey was known for his noble acts for every religion but his son Uddhav Thackrey presently chief minister Maharashtra has tarnished the image of his father and such type of attitude will not be tolerated by Hindu religion at any cost and he challenged Maharashtra chief minister to face him personally at Maharashtra shortly.
