Ambala: CIA Staff Ambala police led by Inspector Balkar Singh on an information started search for a drug smuggler and stopped a suspected persons carrying a bag at Kohda Bus Stand near Shahzadpur and during the search recovered 1 kg and 18 gm Charas from his bag. The youth was identified as Dhyan Singh resident of village Badagadi in Kullu district (H.P) . A case was registered against the arrested youth under NDPS Act.  

In another case, Bhatinda police during checking at Damwali border recovered Rs 24 lakh currency notes from a youth travelling i8n a car. The youth was identified as Parth Jindal a resident of Mansa in Punjab and during investigation failed to say from where he had brought cash money. The youth was coming from Dabwali. The police seized unidentified money and the amount was deposited in the treasury.
