Hisar : Gunman of DSP Jind Constable Vikram Singh residing in a rented house at Housing Board Colony Hisar along with his wife Rinku (26) and son Himanshu (3) hit his wife with a stick on the head after a minor clash with her over excessive drinking in early morning hours in the presence of his son. Heavily bleeding Rinku fell unconscious on the floor when people residing in the area gathered to hear voice, found Rinky in a pool of blood and informed police. DSP Headquarter Ashok Kumar and Vinod Kumar SHO reached at the spot immediately and arrested  Vikram admitted his crime. According to residents in the area couple used to quarrel frequently because Vikram used to drink too much. Vikram was married to Rinku resident of Gokulpur Bhiwani on December 3014. December 2014. A case was registered by the police against Vikram on the complaint of Vikas deceased’s brother.  :
