Jagadhri : Educationist Dr. M.K. Sehgal was honored at a hotel in Noida last evening with “India’s Most Impactful School leadership Award-2024” for his contribution to nation building. The award was given by the well-known organization IPN Network of School Education and India’s 7th Rank University Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth Coimbatore-Tamilnadu. The IPN Foundation has more than 15000 schools and more than 5 lakh teachers/academicians of India associated with it. This honor is given to academicians who have been consistently excelling in the field of school education and achieved unprecedented success with their hard work, perseverance and visionary mission and set an example.
Dr. M.K. Sehgal, who is the chairman of St. Lawrence International School Jagadhri and Vyaspur, is also the President of the Yamunanagar-Jagadhri Management Association (affiliated to All India Management Association) and is also associated with education as well as lots of social service activities. He has instrumental in developing number of institutions in Vyaspur, Jagadhri, Mullana. His participation in socio-cultural activities makes him a distinct person of Haryana, which is dedicated to promoting education and entrepreneurship. The honor ceremony took place on 8th February at Radisson Hotel in Greater Noida. At the ceremony, the founder of IPN Forum Gaurava Yadav appreciated and congratulated Dr. Sehgal’s achievements.
Dr. M.K. Sehgal said that it is a matter of great respect to receive the award which will inspire him to improve further in future. He urged the teachers and entrepreneurs not to let their dreams die. Always move forward with strong will, which will surely get success. At the same time, he said that everyone should work harder for the upliftment of standard of education, so that the struggle of freedom fighters can prove to be meaningful. Dr. Sehgal has been awarded many national level awards before. Dr. Rajni Sehgal, Deepak Sharma, Neha Tiwari, Dr. Ajay Sidana and many dignitaries were present on the occasion.
