According to Haryana CID chief Alok Mittal, police arrested three ‘Bangladeshi’ national youths living in different PG houses at Gurugram since the past couple of years allegedly operating a racket of human trafficking and forcing women into sex trade. Police recovered two motorcycles, few mobiles phones, large number of SIM cards, fake Aadhaar cards, a laptop, camera and their driving licence from them.The arrested youths were identified as Ruhan Babu Hussain alias Rehan Muhammad Choudhary (22), Ameen Hussain (23) and Arko Hussain (25) all originally hailing from Bangladesh, presently living in separate paying guest accommodations in DLF Phase 3 at Gurugram. A case was registered against the suspected youths at DLF Phase 3 police station.
Inderjeet Yadav DSP CM’s flying squad, said that suspects accused initially were in Mumbai and Pune for few months before coming to Gurugram and got their Aadhaar cards in their names, opened bank accounts, procured sim cards and got prepared their driving licence using forged documents since they were staying in the country illegally migrated from Bangladesh. An investigation would be earried by police how they got prepared their Aadhaar Cards, the driving licences issuing on forged documents. They admitted paid amount worth Rs 8000 each for getting a driving license. They also admitted got issued bank accounts, Aadhar Cards and had hired accomodation in PG house not aware that they were running a prostitution racket.
The alleged accused used to share pictures of the women clients with their agents across the country. They used to select women luring them with heavy income and used to send air tickets for the selected woman and also an advance for them to buy clothes, costumes for their attractive appearance. The suspects were getting handsome daily commission for each woman selected by the agents, DSP Yadav said that the members of the gang used to get teen girls as well as mid-age women from Bangladesh and illegally cross the border and send them to their agents at Delhi, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Noida and other cities. They used to arrabge females from West Bengal where a large number of females belonging to families below poverty line are easily available, besides many arranged locally to get handsome earnings by prostitution, DSP investigating the case said.
DSP Yadav said, they found a man sitting on a bike identified as Hussain a member of the gang when he posed as a customer and during interrogation questioning, he revealed that he was from Bangladesh and his two close aides are in the room, when he went up to see other members of the racket and finalise the deal. They revealed that their main work was to get females from Bangladesh and arrange their entry in West Bengal to cross the border illegally and send them to a network of agents in different cities across the country .They used to force girls/women into the flesh trade after luring them with a heavy amount of money. DSP Yadav told media persons how they trapped the trio (members of the gang) admitted to be involved and recorded their statements admitting their involvement in human trafficking business and arrested them. A case under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, Section 12 of the Passport Act, and sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC was registered at the DLF Phase 3 police station.
Police investigation revealed that during year 2022 as many as 373 females have been identified had to dance at the tunes of gang of three youths and there is no whereabout of the fate of 1140 females and 1426 males most of them working as bound labourers, of them 41 male youths working as bound labourers have been rescued by the police, whereas police has been able to locate 227 females and 313 males so far. Information also revealed that the racket was illegally getting migrated needy young females in the county from Bangladesh and pushing them in flesh trade at Kolkata, Chinnai, Hyderabad, Bangluru, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Bhopal. information also revealed that the racket was having a network operating in the states of West Bengal, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Karnatka, Tripura and Orissa to assist them in this business. Now police are trying to find out persons aressiatig the racket in operating this illegal business
