Gangster gets custody parol to marry his ‘Lady Don’ girl friend

Additional Session Judge Deepak Wasan  Additional Session Judge of the Dwarka court granted six hours custody parole to notorious gangster Sandeep alias gangster Kala Jatheri on March 12, followed by  the ‘Grih Pravesh’ ceremony at his native village Jatheri in district Sonipat  in Haryana on March 13 for his marriage ceremony with his girl friend Anuradha, also known as ‘Lady Don’ and ‘Revolvar Rani’ in the crime world. The court directed police to take him from Tihar jail from 10 AM  till 4 PM for celebrating his marriage on parole on humanitarian grounds under tight police security. According to information, Kala Jatheri is currently in custody for multiple serious offences.

On the plea filed in the court by advocate Rohit Dalal that Kala Jatheri’s has constitutional right to get parole on his marriage under Article 21 of Hindu Marriage  Act 1955, stating importance of marriage as a social obligation and also expressed concerns over the well-being of Jatheri’s elderly parents reportedly suffering from old-age diseases and lack adequate care. However, the court accepted the  plea and allowed custody parole to the gangster Kala Jatheri for six hours to attend both occasions.

Information reveals, Sandeep alias Kala Jhateri was involved in  criminal activities and having more than 30 criminal cases registered against him by the different police stations which included cases of murder, ransom demand, extorsion, kidnapping,and attempt to murder in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan and include allegations of running an organised crime syndicate in which the stringent MCOCA was invoked. Kala Jatheri was arrested by Delhi police at Saharanpur in U.P on 30th July 2021 and presently locked in Tihar jail, Delhi.

In case of Anuradha, she was married to Deepak  Minz and both were running share trading business at Sikar in Rajasthan, got invested amount worth lakhs of rupees by the investors and they lost huge amount in business and were burdened under heavy debts worth crores of rupees, when Anuradha left her husband and adopted the profession of a criminal to earn money and was known as ‘Lady Don’ and ‘Rivolver Girl’ and came in contact with Sandeep alias Kala Jatheri.
