After the arrest of four members of gangster Goldi Brar gang led by Shashant Panday resident of Gorakhpue in U.P and remaining three residents of Ambala district by CIA Staff-II of Ambala police few days ago while talking to media persons SP Ambala Jashandeep Singh Randhawa said that during six days remand going on Shashank Panday disclosed that he brought arms seized by police from M.P on the direction by gangster Goldi Brar to kill a leading Haryana businessman from whom Goldi Brar had demanded ransom amount worth crore of rupees and threatened to kill him if ransom demand not fulfilled by him. SP told that on a clue Ambala police arrested them while they were planning to kill leading businessman at a lonely place near Babyal immigration ground Ambala Cantt. Randhawa told that police took Shashank Panday to M.P to identify the person supplied weapons. He said, Goldi Brar presently operating his network while sitting in abroad and wanted by the police in several cases registered against him in Punjab, Haryana and Delhi states.
Meanwhile, Anti Gangster Task Force (AGTF) of Punjab police on 26 th July on a clue arrested two persons suspected involved in Musewala murder case in Punjab while both were entering Haryana to hide themselves at a police barrier near village Pathranasituated on Bhatina road on the border of Dabwali in Sirsa district about 10 km from Bhatinda while travelling on a motorcycle. Both arrested were identified as Malkiat Singh alias Kitta a resident of village Bhaini and Haedeep Singh alias Mama a resident of village Aaklia Jalal in Bhatinda district. Both were wanted in several criminal cases registered against them. Police recovered from them seven pistols, large number of cartridges and few police uniforms used by police officers of ASI rank and motorcycle without number plate on which both were travelling when arrested by police and attempted to flee.
During police investigation both arrested accuse admitted to kill gangster Kailash Manji along with his three companions in gangster war at Jaisalmer, gangster Sukha Dune and Sandeep a Kabaddi player at Nakodar in Punjab. Punjab police was in search for them in recent Sidhu Bhusewala murder case
