Increate Jewelry Institute is founded by Shakti Piplani, who was a former Design Head Manager at P.C. Jewellers, Delhi for 11 years. She has also been invited as a guest lecturer at many known institutes such as INSD, IIFT, Satyam Women Polytechnic and IMS Dia.
