Happiness is the key to success and not vice versa, says expert

A workshop on tension-free, happy and successful life was organized in Adesh Medical College and Hospital, Mohri near Ambala.  All the doctors, nursing staff and administrative staff attached to the institute enthusiastically participated in this workshop under the guidance of Dr. H.S. Gill chairman of the institute.

The workshop was inaugurated by the college’s Principal Dr. B.L. Bharadwaj. First of all the attendees in the workshop offered a tribute to the RPF jawans, who were martyred in a bus attack on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, with a two-minute silence. In his address, Principal Dr. B. L. Bhardwaj expressed deep condolences  to the bereaved families while condemning this terrorist attack in stricter terms.

They described the martyrdom of soldiers who were attacked by the attackers as irreparable damage. Dr. Naresh Jyoti, from Indian Institute Yoga and Management Murthal  gave important tips for stress-free, happy and successful living in the workshop.

They discussed the detail of the depth of happiness within man’s mind and the height of success in outer life. Dr. Jyoti said that often we understand that success is the key to happiness, but the truth is that joy is the key to success. Understanding this serious fact and adopting this in life can only succeed in the life.

Dr. Jyoti said that it is very necessary to have the determination power to attain success in the world and meditation is the only way to travel within ourself. For this, man can attain this position by concentrating.

Dr Dalbir Singh, from Institute also discussed the matter in detail and said that a person with a calm and blissful mind can achieve success in the world. Hariom Gupta, the general manager of the institute said that the Adesh has organized workshops under various auspices of 6 days in different places of the country under the aegis of Welfare Society, whose main objective is to develop a scientific basis.

Brigediar Amarjit Singh, Advisor of the Institute expressed gratitude to all the guests and participants. He said that with this effort of the institute, millions of people are learning the art of living a tension-free, happy and successful life life.
