Baba Saheb gave citizens the right to live freely by granting them equal rights through the Constitution, Nayab Singh Saini
Chandigarh, December 6 – Haryana Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini, while paying tribute to the architect of the Constitution, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, on the Mahaparinirvan Diwas, said that Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was a great social reformer. The nation will always remain indebted to Baba Saheb.
The Chief Minister said that Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar’s monumental contribution to the challenging task of drafting the Constitution cannot be overstated. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s life is a testament to his unwavering commitment to social justice, equality, and human dignity. Through the Indian Constitution, Baba Saheb gave the citizens of the nation equal rights, empowering them to live their lives freely, said Sh. Nayab Singh Saini.
Dr. Ambedkar played a crucial role in ensuring the unity and integrity of India. He said that Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s thoughts on social reform, education, and economic empowerment remain relevant even today.
Nayab Singh Saini further said that the state government, in line with the core principles of the Constitution, is continuously advancing democratic ideals through progressive social and economic policies and programmes. The government is working for the welfare of every section of society, following the principles of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, and Sabka Vishwas.
