Haryana regularises services of old ad hoc workers

Chandigarh, September 26- Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal, in yet another pro-employees decision, has approved to regularise the services of those employees who are working on ad hoc, work-charged and part-time basis for the last more than 20 to 25 years under the regularisation policies issued in 2003 and 2004.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that all the Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments have been directed to take immediate necessary steps in this regard. They have also been directed to get posts created from the Finance Department in diminishing cadre so as to adjust such employees in various departments. At the same time, the Finance Department has also been advised to create posts of diminishing cadre as and when any department, board or corporation submits a case for creation of posts for regularising the services of employees in their departments under regularisation policies of 2003 and 2004.
