Chandigarh,– Haryana Government has decided to observe September 23 as ‘Haryana Veer Evm Shaheedi Diwas’ in a befitting manner.

        While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that on this day, the martyrs would be paid tributes by organizing public meetings, functions and seminars in each district of the state. Apart from this, family members of martyrs and recipient of bravery awards would also be honored by presenting them mementos. The freedom fighters and Kargil war heroes would also be invited in the district level functions,
