My nude video prepared in hotel room and having fear for my life if disclosed
Panchkula: Haryana Police has registered a case against Delhi woman who had accused Haryana BJP chief Mohan Lal Badoli and Haryanvi singer Jai Bhagwan alias Rocky Mittal allgedly both forcibly gang raped her in the room of hotel at Solan in Himachal Pradesh after she was compelled her to consume liquor, and not only this prepared her nude video when she was under the influence of liquor on July 3, 2023. In her complaint she said, “Despite my refusal, both forcibly made me consume alcohol. After that, they started harassing me. I objected, after which they threatened me with dire consequences. They threatened me that they would get me killed if I did not adhere to their demands, after that both of them took turns to rape me. They also clicked my nude pictures and shot a video,” the complaint added.
Woman said Badoli and Mittal were accused of gangraping and criminally intimidating the woman at the hotel in Solan and they were booked on December 13 last year after the woman lodged a complaint with the Himachal Pradesh Police. In a video released in January this year the woman expressed fear for her life and claimed to have sufficient evidence to prove her allegations. In the gangrape FIR was registered on December 13, 2024 at the Kasauli police station in Himachal under Sections 376D (gang-rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) on the complaint of woman alleged that the incident occurred when she was in Himachal Pradesh as a tourist along with her Delhi-based employer and a friend on July 3, 2023. The complainant the woman had alleged that Rocky Mittal had promised her a role in one of his music albums, while Haryana BJP chief Mohan Lal Badoli had assured her of a government job in Haryana state, Superintendent of Police (SP) Solan, Gaurav Singh confirmed that an FIR was registered in connection with the case, the matter is under investigation, but no arrests have been made so far.
Meanwhile, an FIR was filed at the Sector 5 Police Station in Panchkula on Tuesday on the complaint filed by the Haryanvi singer Jai Bhagwan, popularly known as Rocky Mittal that two Panchkula residents Amit Bindal, Delhi woman who had levelled allegations of gang rape against state BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli and Haryanvi singer-composer Jai Bhagwan and another unknown person were booked in a case of extortion allegedly demanding Rs 50 lakh. The Haryana police lodged the First Information Report (FIR) under sections 308 (2) (extortion), 308 (5) (extortion by putting a person in fear of death or grievous hurt), 351 (2) (criminal intimidation), and 61 (criminal conspiracy) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). According to Rocky Mittal’s police complaint, the woman called him on his WhatsApp number on January 21 and January 22 and when he made a reply call to the woman, she demanded Rs 50 lakh for a compromise in the gangrape case, and he refused to pay the money, she threatened dire consequences, alleged Mittal.
Rocky Mittal also claimed that the complainant woman, Bindal and another woman associate earlier tried to implicate him and Badoli in a honey-trap case and he had informed the Sector-5 Police Station, Panchkula on September 18, 2024, when they had come to his house to make a ruckus there, but they failed in their attempts and later lodged a fake FIR at police station Kasauli of Himachal Pradesh’s Solan district. Mittal also accused the woman and her associates of making fake video clips with the help of artificial intelligence to blackmail him. Mittal said that the accused had laid traps to implicate him and BJP senior leader Mohan Lal Badoli at different places like Goa and Delhi but could not implicate both of us because of our clean image. Rocky Mittal said that In the gang rape FIR lodged on December 13, 2024 at Kasauli police station, the complainant woman had made false allegations that he offered her to give her a role in one of his music albums and Badoli assured her to get a government job in Haryana saying that he has very high-level connections. In a video posted on social media in January this year, the Delhi-based complainant woman said she feared for her life and claimed she had enough evidence to prove her accusations against Badoli and Mittal. She also stated she would soon address a press conference and present the evidence in front of the media.
Both Badoli and Mittal refuted the allegations, terming them as baseless and politically motivated, saying this was a fake FIR on the fake complaint against them, possibly due to the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. The Haryana BJP chief Badoli as well as his wife Geeta Kaushik also demanded a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation into the matter. On the basis of FIR registered at Panchkula police station, police registered a case under sections 308 (2) (extortion), 308 (5) (extortion by putting a person in fear of death or grievous hurt), 351 (2) (criminal intimidation), and 61 (criminal conspiracy) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against six persons at the Sector 5 police station in Panchkula on Wednesday, arrested two people and booked four others, including the woman who accused state BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli and singer Rocky Mittal of rape, for blackmailing and extortion. Two alleged accused Mehak and Amit Bindal were remanded to police custody for two days.
