There should be one law for everyone in the country,favours Uniform Civil Code
Ambala : Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij said that there should be one law for all in the country and there should not be separate laws for people. He was interacting with media persons at PWD Rest House Ambala cantt during Public Durbar. regarding the Uniform Civil Code during the Janata Darbar in Ambala listening to public grievances which continued till late Saturday night. While responding, Vij said that it is a matter of discussion in the whole country at this time and almost everyone is agreeing that there should be one law for everyone in the country. Discussion is going on and only after the discussion some step will be taken on it.
Expressed proud over today India has become the fifth economy of the world due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi Home Minister said that the President of Russia praised ‘Make in India’ initiative, on which Anil Vij praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that due to the thinking and efforts of Modi today we have become the fifth economy in the world and in this ‘Make In India’ has made a huge contribution and many projects have been started and employment opportunities have also increased. Apart from this, he said that the youths have also set up new industries under ‘Make in India’ initiative.
On the other hand, after Punjab, now Himachal Pradesh has also staked its claim on Chandigarh, Home Minister Anil Vij gave his reaction on this and said that we also have say to implement the decision given by the Seema Ayog and in that many things are connected like SYL water is also connected in it and we should also get SYL water.
Health Minister congratulated all the doctors on National Doctor’s Day and also said that today is National Doctor’s Day and the service rendered by the doctors is remembered. At the same time, he said that in the times to come, the doctors who worked during Covid time will always be remembered.
In reply to a question as regard public grievances in Janta Durbar Vij said that maximum number of complaints are related to cheatings in ‘Kabootarbaji’ by immigration agentswhich issuing fake Visa, work permit sand other documents which is a challenge before Haryana police as such state government has drcided legalization of immigration business and the proposal is under active consideration since such fraud cases are fast increasing since past sometime. Vij said thyat SIT constituted in the state has started investigating in all cases to punish cheats. He said, IG Police Ambala has been directed to take stern action against them.
