Chandigarh: Jai Inder Kaur ,daughter of former Punjab Chief Minister, Capt Amarinder Singh has been appointed the new president of the women wing of the Punjab, Jat Mahasabha.
She replaces Dr Navjot Kaur, the wife of the Punjab Congress Committee President, Navjot Singh Sidhu.
The appointment was made today.
A Jat Mahasabha spokesman said, given her experience in public life, Jai Inder Kaur will take the organisation to new heights and work for the upliftment of society.
