FARIDABAD (SATISH HANDA): Karnai Sena as well as large number social welfare organization have come forward demanding immediate justice to Nikita Tomar brutally shot dead by two youths Tofees and his friend Rehan alleged a case of ‘Love Jehad’ forcing deceased to marry him since past two years after conversion her religion to Muslim, but she refused. When Nikita refused, the prime accuse Tofees belonging to a influential Congress family in Mewat accompanied by his friends Rehan shot Nikita dead in broad daylight outside the college where she had come to appear in B. Com third year examination. National President of Karni Sena demanded to complete trials of case in Fast Track Court within 15 days and the killers should be hanged immediately to provide justice to the victim. He warned, in case justice will not be provided to victim’s soul and her family Karni Sena along with large number of social welfare organizations will not spare killers to save their religion and population of 110 crore ‘Hindus’ in the country would not be able to bear sacrifice the lives of their daughters by such type of criminals any more.

The members of large number of Hindu societies including Karni Sena, Karni Sena Bharat, Bhartiya Jaat Samaj,  Go-raksha Hindu Dal, Yuva Hindu Vahini as well as leaders of various political parties continued visiting deceased’s family assuring them to extend full cooperation. The members of Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and NSUI took out processions all over in the area, besides holding ‘dharna’ outside the college since past two days demanding stern action against accused. They said, entire killing incident has been recorded in the presence of large number of witnesses so there should be no delay in this murder case to record the statements during the case under trial in Fast Track Court and accused should be given death sentence without delay completing all trials on top priority. The protestors also demanded suspension of SHO as well as Police Commissioner O.P. Singh for not providing security to family in-spite of repeated threatening by the accuse.

Both Suraj Pal Ammu National President Karni Sena and Biru Singh of Karni Sena Bharat during visit to deceased’s family said that Nitika has sacrificed her life to save ‘Sanatan Dharam’ which will not be wasted and such cases of ‘Love Jehad’ will not be allowed to repeat wiping out completely in the country and demanded that the case should be registered against the family of accused, which was registered with police in 2018 when Tofees attempted to kidnap Nikita and his family assured in the presence of police and all family members that such incidents will not be repeated in future. Meanwhile, Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij expressing deep concern over this unfortunate incident assured to open the case from 2018 saying that accused will not be spared at any cost and the case will be moved to Fast Track Court for immediate decision. However, uncle of prime accuse Javed a BSP leader denying allegations said it is not a case of ‘Love Jehad’ or conversion of religion as alleged but at the same time admitted that who-so-ever involved in the murder should be punished as per law irrespective of the fact criminal is a member of political party Congress or son of an influential family. He said, only those are talking of a case of ‘Love Jehad’ or conversion of religion unaware of any religion.

Meanwhile, state government has deployed security guards for the safety of deceased’s family members suspecting danger to their lives. Various prominent leaders of different political parties raised a question over Congress leaders silent over this issue so far and not bothered to visit the family or say anything in this mishap because the prime accuse belongs to Congress family. They said, senior Congress leaders in the state except HPCC president Shelja including Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Deepender Hooda and Randeep Surjewala has not spoken even a word so far over the incident perhaps in the absence of permission from Rahul Gandhi. According to police information, car used in the crime was recovered by the police left abandoned on Sohna-Tawru road, whereas country made piston used in the crime was found lying near the place of crime. The bullet was brought out of the body of deceased Nikita during post mortem and sent to forensic laboratory for examination. According to eyewitnesses and two students brought profusely bleeding Nikita to hospital on motorcycle disclosed that she was alive till handed over to emergency ward in the hospital and thereafter succumbed to her injuries.
