Meeting on the S.Y.L. issue was held as per the orders of the Supreme Court: Anil Vij

Ambala: Haryana’s Home Minister Anil Vij said that Under the tenure of Prime Minister  Narendra Modi, the country is progressing and improvements are being made. He mentioned that progress is being seen everywhere, and the Vande Bharat Express trains are being run as a part of this progress, replying to the question asked by the media persons he said, a meeting on the S.Y.L. issue was held as per the orders of the Supreme Court.

Regarding the statement from opposition leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda to implement the Supreme Court’s decision on the S.Y.L. issue rather than playing games, Vij responded by saying that Hooda has been the Chief Minister twice and also a Member of Parliament. However, he should know that the meeting regarding the S.Y.L. issue was held as per the Supreme Court’s orders. It would be a disrespect and contempt of court to term it as playing games. He asserted that they (Haryana government) abide by the law and respect the court. Therefore, whatever happened in the meeting will be presented in an affidavit, and it will be submitted to the Supreme Court on the given upcoming date.

Congress leader Deepender Hooda stated that the BJP wants to benefit from the Ram Temple issue in elections. Responding to this, Vij said that they constructed the Ram Temple as promised, stating, “We did not engage in any politics; we informed people of the date, and the temple was built.” He emphasized that the birthplace of millions of worshippers of Lord Ram was not in Hindustan. While there are temples for Hanuman Ji and Sita Ji in Ayodhya, there was no temple for Ram, so they built Ram mandir. The political issue of the Ram Temple was created by others; they did not politicize it. He said that they (opposition) must respect the sentiments of millions, which they do.

Vij said that very home will celebrate Diwali on the upcoming 22nd of January.” – Vij*

He mentioned that on the forthcoming 22nd of January, every home will celebrate Diwali, all markets will be decorated, marking an historic moment after a 500-year-long struggle—the construction of the temple, stirring enthusiasm and excitement in everyone.

Regarding questions about including Priyanka Gandhi in the money laundering case for the first time, he said it is a case related to Haryana. They purchased lands and then sold them back; now an investigation is underway regarding this maneuver.

In response to Rahul Gandhi’s statement about the Congress government planning caste-based census upon coming to power, Vij asked why this was not done during the 70 years of Congress’ rule. He questioned that during their rule, they subverted the law and imposed emergency in the country, and now they talk about justice. He stated that, “I don’t understand what Congress wants to say and what it wants to do.”
