MONIN launches its second Indian flagship ‘Experience Studio’ in Bengaluru

Bengaluru : MONIN, a premium French brand and trusted partner for Hospitality professionals all over the world, has announced the launch of its exclusive “Experience Studio” in Bengaluru. The Studio is the latest among many such centres that MONIN has across the globe. This studio in Bengaluru is the second one in India, after New Delhi that was launched in 2021. The centre will serve as an innovation hub for HORECA professionals and educational institutes located in South India.

Germain Araud, Managing Director, MONIN India, sharing his views addressing press conference on new launch said, “With our new Bengaluru Studio, we want to bring the exclusive MONIN experience to the connoisseurs in Southern India. We already have a center in Delhi and this is our next offering for the Indian audience whose taste changes every 100 Kms. As part of our ‘Make in India’ commitment, the company has a robust expansion plan for India and has a factory planned to be commissioned in 2025″, He said.

 “With this Experience Studio, we continue with our mission of curating gourmet beverages for the people of India. MONIN has a rich legacy of being a sustainable brand and is looking at building a community here of like-minded creative people and entrepreneurs who believe in creating magic with flavours”, he added.    

Spread across a luxurious 2,000-square-foot, this Experiential Studio located in prime location of  Indiranagar, will act as a platform to conduct beverage innovation and  personalized menu curation sessions for bartenders, mixologists, baristas, Chefs along with curating educational modules for Students of Bar Schools  and  Hospitality Institutes. This ‘House of Innovation’ will offer its guests an opportunity to witness the world of artistic beverage and culinary creations at its best and act as a catalyst to exchange creative ideas and discover new applications catering to the Indian palette and bring together stakeholders of the beverage industry. In terms of the design of the space, an overlay of minimal neoclassical aesthetics enhances the mood making it warm and inviting. The space is a fine amalgamation of the history and heritage of the place, and the essence and exclusivity of the French brand. Sustainability is the key when it comes to the use of every design element here; right from the use of refurbished furniture to plants that makes the place an abode of tranquillity.
