NIA conducts raids across Kashmir related to a militancy case

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) searched a number of places in Kashmir on Tuesday as part of an investigation into a case involving terrorist activity, according to officials.

The searches were conducted in Srinagar and the south Kashmir districts of Anantnag, Pulwama, and Kulgam.

“Searches were carried out in a case registered by NIA in Jammu last year,” they claimed.

The case relates to a criminal conspiracy for carrying out terrorist and subversive actions that was hatched by the cadres, OGWs, and affiliates of numerous organisations that are outlawed, as well as their offshoots that operate under various aliases at the direction of their Pakistani masters.
